This is a set of two paintings that I did of Dark Crystal characters for an '80s show that I curated for a local gallery. These were the first two things that I painted after creating my online art course and I was surprised at how much easier and faster and better I could paint. I'm excited to see who ends up with these two paintings, which I kind of think of as the best things that I might have done. They were completed without grid system or projector. Just freehanding from a reference.

These paintings are 12-in square and include a recessed frame or a wrap frame. I think they're called. They are heavy body acrylic paint on stretched canvas sealed with semigloss varnish. They include a certificate of authenticity.

$60 of the purchase price is intended for shipping cost. If you live very far from Ohio or in internationally, I will need to bill you separately for the balance of shipping costs before sent.
